Ticket Creation Guidelines

At this time, Stardock is providing direct email support for the following items:

  • Account Management: Email email changes, Account account merges, Account account closure & removal

  • Returns: Refunds, Products products not received, missing or unwanted purchases

  • Enterprise Support (contracts): Account account management, Deployment deployment issues

All other issues should be posted as new threads in our forums. If a ticket is submitted that does not fall into the aforementioned areas, it may be redirected to the forums.
