Unless otherwise stated, minor versions (1.0 → 1.1 → 1.2, etc) are free of charge and the application will notify you when they are available, example:

After a major release (9 -> 10 -> 11 for example, etc), any client that purchased the prior version within 30 days will be issued the next version on their account page at no charge.
