JPEG (not just JPG) named is files are now an accepted name for images.
This should also address a problem on the Canary insider builds of Windows 11 where DeskScapes stopped working correctly.
This has a couple of tiny misc fixes and resolves the issue with deleted files still showing in the recent and favorites lists.
