IMPORTNAT: When updating Multiplicity, ALL PCs that has an existing install needs to run the update.

KVM
- Showing fullscreen bar control
- New tab taking focus instead of remaining on a current open tab
- Tab names are correctly shown

- KVM now updates a max of once per second for inactive tabs
- Resolves issue with changing secondary KVM support checkbox
Seamless
- Config UI has a fix for dragging out of bounds
- Now properly allows for 5 PCs on the Seamless grid for the base version of Multiplicity 4.
Seamless Display
- Seamless display changes for sharing select screens
- Adds a disconnect seamless displays to secondary (useful when only sharing one screen)
- Resolved config window being open causing it to reset connections each time it checked if they were connected
Other
- A GDI leak fix
- Removed 1111 and 4444 prefixes on some errors
- Made game mode checkbox load up correctly
- Some text tweaks in the UI
- Hotkeys now let you edit the hotkey when editing
- Removed the need to preinstall VCRedist runtimes
- Altered CPU detection to deal with issues on intel 2xxx and 3xxx series of CPUs which didn't support AVX2. This should resolve ‘failure to connect’ issues.
- Tweaks to the initial setup wizard (test without activation and activated) + some phrasing changes
- Changes to messages when connecting to other computers with the wrong encryption code etc
