At first launch, Multiplicity 4 will display the following screen:

Once the welcome prompts are configured, the Welcome screens:

Welcome to Multiplicity

(1) If setting up the primary computer, select this option. This will designate the computer to control the secondary computer on the network.

The primary computer will then require activation through the following prompt:

(2) If setting up a secondary computer, select the corresponding option.

This will then advance to the security settings welcome screen for the secondary computer.

(3) The “quick start guide” button links to support documentation for Multiplicity 4.

Seamless grid choice

Once a seamless grid choice is made, the primary computer will proceed to the security settings welcome screen.

Security settings (Change encryption password/key)

Here, the encryption key can be changed to match both primary and secondary computers.

When this toggle is clicked, a prompt will ask if you would like to switch the current computer from being the Primary (will control the other computers) or a Secondary (will be controlled by the Primary) primary or a secondary computer.
