On the Primary Multiplicity computer configuration menu, click the 'Seamless' tab and then the 'Add computer' icon in the upper right portion of the menu. Selecting any found Secondary computer will insert the hostname of the Secondary.
Note: If this is a first time installation, and you have selected 'Seamless mode', you will be automatically presented with the 'Add computer' menu.

After a successful Seamless connection is made, you should now be able to mouse in the direction of where your Secondary is on the Multiplicity grid and have the cursor appear on that Secondaries monitor.
