At this time, Stardock is providing direct email support for the following items:
Account Management: email changes, account merges, account closure & removal
Returns: products not received, missing or unwanted purchases
Enterprise Support (contracts): account management, deployment issues
Each of those links will take you to information for those areas and how to place a ticket should you still have trouble.
