Renewing a Maintenance and Support Term

For ‘Stardock For Business’ products, support terms can be renewed or extended with the following process.

Account Owner

If you know your account and credentials where the registration is located, you can visit:

Registration Menu

Find the registration that you want to extend support for: ‘View Product keys’ → Tripple dots next to the key you want to see the details for:

Fill in the pertinent information for the purchase

Support Options

Lifecycle Maintenance and Premiums Support: Automatically renewed at a discounted price.

1 year of Maintenance and Premiums Support: A one-time charge to extend support for 1 year.

Any support time still left on a registration on a single year term will have the new time added to it. For example, if there was 1 month left on a 1 year support term, and 1 year was added to it, the new support term would be 13 months.

Generate Quote

Once you have supplied the required details, click ‘Generate Quote’ to view \ accept it:

The email address entered on the prior page will also receive a link to this quote even if it is not ‘Accepted’

Quotes that are not processed do not need to be canceled as they have an ‘Expiration Date’ noted in them.

Resellers

Please visit the following page to start the process of adding maintenance and support to an existing key for a mutual client. You will need the key for the product you wish to add support to so please have it available.
