Steam Start11 v2 Limited Time Upgrade

For a limited time, for Start11 v1 purchases made from November 1st to January 31st, Stardock is offering complimentary Steam keys for Start11 v2.

Qualifications and Term

To qualify for a complimentary upgrade of Start11 v2, one must have purchased (and not refunded) Start11 v1 between the dates of November 1st, 2023, and January 31st, 2023.

For example, if you purchased Start11 v1 on Steam on December 1st, 2023, you would qualify. If you purchased Start11 v1 on June 1st 2023, that would fall outside of the upgrade window and would not qualify. You would need to purchase Start11 v2 outright were that the case.

Regardless if your purchase was made within the required window, the complimentary upgrade must be redeemed before March 1st, 2024.

Verification

Clients will be required to show Start11 version 1 proof of purchase from their existing Steam accounts as well as provide their Steam64 ID.

Proof of Purchase

Click on your account (username in upper-right of Steam client) → Account Details → View purchase history

In the list of your purchases, find and click the one for Start11.

Take a screenshot of the purchase that shows:

-Your Steam Username
-The Start11 purchase details with date.

Steam64 ID

On the request form, there will be a field to enter your Steam64 ID that we will use to verify select purchases. This is not sensitive data, its publically available to anyone seeking it.

On the form, please do not type this number in by hand. Rather, copy and paste it in.

Steam Limited Time Upgrade

Any ticket received that does not meet the requirements (out-of-date purchase for example) or that does not satisfy the requirements detailed here, will be summarily denied.

A qualified purchase, and that all the verification materials are satisfactory to receive a complimentary Start11 v2, is at the sole discretion of Stardock.
