Silent Uninstall

Not available for Steam versions

Running any app uninstallation via a command line with switching will silently uninstall the application.

Command line example

For Start11:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11\uninstall.exe" "/U:C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11\Uninstall\uninstall.xml" /s /noreboot

In this example, Start11 is the product’s file path being silently uninstalled. For a silent uninstallation of other Stardock products, replace “Start11” in the specific file path with the name of the Stardock product from your Stardock folder that is desired to uninstall.

Variables

/s = silent, meaning no UI will be seen for the uninstall process.
/noreboot, meaning the system will not reboot after uninstallation is complete.

It is important that a reboot is done at the earliest possible convenience after uninstalling the product.

Currently, after any uninstall (manual or silent) is done, the Stardock Feedback survey page will be loaded by your web browser.

For any silent uninstall, this is likely undesirable. Work is being done so it can also be avoided via switch.
