Things to check:

Spam

Please check that your order receipt was not automatically sent to a ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder

Email address entry error

If there was a typo in your email address on the order, you will need to create a ticket with the following information:

• Full Name

• Date and time of order estimate

• Product(s) ordered

If you paid via PayPal and use a different email for it, check the associated email address to see if it was sent there.
