AI Templates - Assistants

Here you can find a list of Templates to select to use with DesktopGPT. Clicking each will instantly generate a pre-written prompt into DesktopGPT’s prompt field, which can be filled out and/or edited further to your liking.

For example, the /careers Template will load the following text into your prompt field.

You may then fill out the provided prompt to your liking, for example:

Once a template has been filled out to your liking, pressing enter will prompt DesktopGPT to generate the response of the selected AI modeI.

From here, you can use the scroll bar to scroll and read the entire generated response. Additional options will appear below.

Modify Response (Alt+A)

Triggers Follow-up Actions for instructing the selected AI model to modify their previous response.

Copy (Ctrl+C)

Copies the currently generated AI response to your clipboard.

Show/Hide Response (Alt+R)

Compacts or expands the DesktopGPT UI window to/from a display of the text prompt field and currently selected AI model.
