Bugs/Issues

  • Players feel that Tim Walsh charisma stat is too low and an over correction

  • A small group of players have reported a bug where the debate freezes due to negative time and never ends

  • Eternal opponent turn stuck in Alaska bug.

    • Just play action cards to flip California and Washington from purple to red and play through halfway decently until the AI candidate and VP candidate end up going to Alaska and never ending the week. The only way I was able to reach election day was to reload from one of these saves and not try so hard, leaving the AI somewhere to compete. The player candidate and the AI candidate are custom.

  • Bug/Cosmetic on the angular bobblehead in particular it seems that the center for ears is off, notice how the right ear sticks out more than the left, this isn't correctable sadly, this is a similar issue with the eyes

  • Possible bug in MP where if you play as a custom candidate you have to join faster than normal otherwise it glitches https://discord.com/channels/1210242327080075415/1235690407661273229/1301831915141206016

Gameplay

  • Players, especially new players do not understand the ad/speech screen

  • Custom candidates feel like they are never chosen as running mates

QOL

  • For custom candidates it would be nice to have a 'clone candidate preset' option , but only from existing base game candidates that way you know it's balanced

  • Feature request: a replay/rewind option that displays how the previous turn played out.

  • Consider having a filter to organize issue scores in alphabetical order in candidate creation list, or a search bar

Community

  • Players would like workshop support for custom decks similar to custom candidates

  • There was a general sense of disappointment in this being the “Final” Update, but primarily being balance changes instead of new features or candidates

    • Yes players can make their own candidates, but having pre-made candidates introduced with their own decks feels more authentic to the playerbase

    • Want scenarios or campaigns

  • Currently we call custom candidates/workshop “Mods” most players do not consider those to be mods, Soul Calibur 6 did something similar with a custom character upload and download mechanic but just referred to them as custom characters.
