What prior ObjectDock versions qualify for upgrade pricing?
Upgrade pricing is available to anyone who has activated any of the following products under their account:
ObjectDock Plus 2
Note: The prior purchased ObjectDock Plus product needs to have been activated with the email you are using to check for upgrade availability. Purchasing the product, but never having activated it, will have the upgrade check fail.
What if I recently Purchased ObjectDock Plus 2?
Anyone who purchased ObjectDock Plus 2 on February 20th, 2024, or later will receive a complimentary upgrade. Please watch your email or check your Stardock account for details about the download.
If I purchase ObjectDock 3, can I get more licenses at a discount?
Yes, once you purchase ObjectDock 3, you will be able to get additional ObjectDock 3 licenses at a discount using the 'Upgrade' button on the product pages.
Note: It would be prudent to choose the highest quantity you believe you will need for your 1st purchase \ upgrade as if you use the ‘upgrade’ option, new keys will be issued instead of adding PCs to an existing key.
How many PCs can I have ObjectDock 3 on with the base product, the upgrade, or if I have Object Desktop?
ObjectDock 3 will have 5 concurrent activations (PCs) on any of those licenses.
If I have an expired Object Desktop license, will that qualify me for a discount for ObjectDock 3?
No; however, every lapsed Object Desktop subscription can be renewed at a substantial discount - that renewed license will include ObjectDock 3 (and all its future updates while the Object Desktop license is active).
