Start11 Search

Start11 has its own replacement for the default Windows Start search. This is controlled with an On/Off option

Search Operations

When there Start11 search is turned on, additional search related options will be available here

• Show search results filtering icons - On/Off

  • This option turns on/off the quick filtering by type option

• Search file contents as well as names - On/Off

  • This will search inside of text documents for your results

• Search for shortcuts on the desktop and in Fences

  • This will allow searching on the Desktop and Fences if installed

• Show Microsoft Edge open tabs in search

  • This feature will search the titles of open explorer tabs

• Use old Start10 style search

  • An older search style, smaller, more compact
