To qualify for a complimentary upgrade , any purchase of Start11 v1 on Steam can be upgraded to v2 for no additional cost. A qualified purchase, and at the sole discretion of Stardock, is to include a purchase of , one must have purchased (and not refunded) Start11 v1 between the dates of November 1st, 2023, and January 31st, 2023.

For example, if you purchased Start11 v1 on Steam from November 1st to January 31st. Any customer who made a purchase, that has not been refunded, is eligible to receive a complimentary upgrade of The on December 1st, 2023, you would qualify. If you purchased Start11 v1 on June 1st 2023, that would fall outside of the upgrade window and would not qualify. You would need to purchase Start11 v2 outright were that the case.

Regardless if your purchase was made within the required window, the complimentary upgrade must be redeemed before March 1st, 2024.

Clients will be required to show Start11 version 1 proof of purchase from their existing Steam accounts as well as provide their Steam64 ID.

In the list of your purchases, find and click the one for Start11.

-The Start11 purchase details with date.
