Added functionality to see the deck and the cards in it during candidate select and in gameplay.
Presidential Mode - polling percent in states add up to 100% on hover and in post-election results
Reworked Ad Functionality
Before: Ads add raw issue stance to a candidate per turn.
After: Ads provide candidate issue stance +/- percent multiplier per turn within the state to a max of +/- 50% (stacks but only up to max).
Headquarters screens now close once hitting “Build / Upgrade” every time.
