Older Activation Method

Each is shown when your computer name has non-Western characters or symbols in it. To avoid this, you would need to change the name of your computer so that it contains only Western characters and then try to activate it again.

Steam Purchases

What to try…

Ensure that Steam is running and you are logged into the account that purchased the product
If you are connected via a VPN, disable it and try again.
If you have any AV software that restricts any type of HTTP traffic, please temporarily disable it.
Go to the install directory of the application and try manually running sassteam.exe. Nothing will open but the product may then be activated.

If all fail, please follow these directions for collecting your activation logs and creating a ticket for them
