How to run shortcuts as an Administrator

Go to 'Advanced tweaks' > 'When a shortcut is added to a dock, point to the target not the shortcut.' Uncheck that option. ::

As long as your real shortcut has the 'Run as administrator' option enabled it will work with the above option disabled.
