Stardock Network Issue
Stardock experienced a brief network storage issue in March that resulted in a temporary outage. As of April, services have been restored.
That said, there are some minor issues we are still working to resolve.
Account Access
While account access for most clients has been restored, some newer accounts will need a completion step performed by the client. When this is the case, this dialog that will be shown:
After creating the account, all licenses, orders, and receipts for any past activity associated with your email address will be accessible.
If you changed the email address your Stardock account was associated with in the last few years, and trying your new email is failing to grant access to your account, please try the old email address if you still have access to it. If you do not have access to the old email address, please create a ticket here, and we will assist.
Activation Management
If you had activated a product in the past, you could view and manage the activation from your account page. While this is still true for any product that is currently activated on a PC, if you activate a new license (one that had never been activated in the past), it will not show up on your account page. We are working to resolve this.
Missing Purchases or Licenses
While we are confident that all purchases and licenses have been reassociated, as a fallback method for any you are unable to locate, please use the following link to look up the purchases and retrieve keys:
https://stardock.onfastspring.com/kdts/account/
It will ask you for the email address you used for the purchase and send you an email to ‘...manage your orders’
You can then see your purchases made, as well as the product keys for them:
If you had to resort to retrieving your license information in this way, or experience other issues with this process, please create a ticket and we will work to resolve it.
Thank you for your continued patience as we work to restore all services.
