How can I upgrade my version of Multiplicity?

If you have purchased an upgrade from a previous whole number release of Multiplicity (such as Multiplicity 3) to the latest released product, you will need to download and install the new software before activating the product with your new product key.

If you have purchased an upgrade within the same generation of Multiplicity release (Multiplicity 4 to Multiplicity 4 Pro, for example) you can update the software with your new key from Multiplicity’s configuration menu.

• To do this, go to 'About', 'Change License', then 'Update Product Key'. Example:
