Fences Freezing on Startup

Check for networked files that may only be available when connected to that network/VPN.

The best way to confirm this is to do the following:

• Create a folder on the Desktop, cut \ paste ALL icons on the desktop into it (minus system ones - Trash, My Computer, etc). Install Fences.

• If everything is fine, as you create Fences and 1 by 1 move icons to them. It goes back to freezing when I move X icon.
