Passcode Errors

Remember that the passcode can be changed in couple of places; 

On the Secondary:

On the Primary for Seamless and KVM:

And for audio:

As a test, change them all to:  123456

To see if it is a case or special character issue.

Note: The pass code is not the same as the encryption key:
