    •  Now, obviously, with @40 Core Worlds and @25 Colonies, I have A LOT of Citizens. For sure, and minimum of @65, plus 1 for every Starbase. (I believe at last count, it was @250 Citizens, total.) But when I look at my Prestige values (purple trophy), it says I have _3_. So, again obviously, there is a different metric being used. So how are Citizens being tallied to arrive at that value of 3?

Aha! I guess that the 3 is for prestige points for the category, Citizens. But how many Citizens = 1 prestige point? Again, I'm guessing 100 = 1 point, and partial 100 (or >50) rounds up.

      • Answer: Yes generally 100 Citizens = 1 point. There is a further adjustment done with a secret formula to account for the size of a map. Citizens should be worth more in a smaller galaxy with less habitable planets so the number is adjusted.

    • Do Economic Starbases affect Colonies' productivity?

What the Colonies have may be minimal, but it's all of the industry and economic infrastructure as what the Core worlds. Just on a much. much smaller scale.

      • Answer: Not directly no. Economic starbases effect Core worlds only.
