Sales Tax Refund

Pre-sale, the order checkout page of our ‘For Business’ software licenses includes a “Tax exempt” option:

Post sale, customers can email a copy of their tax exemption certificate to orders@fastspring.com, along with their order reference/order ID, and their support team will refund the sales tax back to the original payment account.
